Falling is my skill of the week.
I have never watched Big Bang Theory, so I don’t know anything about the show beyond the title. Laynie (our oldest daughter) does watch it and her favorite character is Sheldon. She says she sees a lot of herself in him.
I could set a world record for going to the bathroom, for both frequency and duration!
Driving in Houston is the craziest thing I’ve ever done. I was right at home, though, because those drivers are crazy, too!

Thanks. At this point, I am pretty sure that I am going to outlive my knees, but I will be okay. I just have to be careful how I position them. I’m worried half to death that the right knee especially is going to lock on me, either bent or straight, so that I can’t either unbend or bend it. I can’t put any pressure on it. Squatting or kneeling to do anything is now a definite thing of the past. This is the second time in as many months that I’ve fallen hard on my knees. I’m too old for this. 🙂

Are you in a big city? We live in a small town, but have had to go into Houston when Laynie was in school. I don’t plan to do that ever again! People pulled out right in front of oncoming traffic like the cars weren’t even there. The one specific car that I’m thinking of had children in it, too. The way their adult was driving, I’ll be surprised if they make it to adulthood!

You’re welcome! I’m good. Laying all at my Savior’s feet and resting in him. Mommy’s fine by God’s grace. Do keep her prayer. She’s going to remove a teeth soon and is scared about it .But God hasn’t given us a spirit of fear. So pray for her to go forth bravely. 🙂 thank you in advance. No problem I pray for you guys always, whenever I remember to for I have so much ppl to pray for on the list by the Holy Spirit helps me recall. 🙂 so praise God! You too!!

Awww I’m sorry that your mama is afraid to go to the dentist, but I completely understand that fear. It is one that I have, too. I will pray for her to be okay and that they don’t hurt her.
There are so very many people that need prayers. They are blessed to have people like you to pray for them.

Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I hope you didn’t hurt yourself falling. I make most of my falls in the winter, because walking on ice is definitely not my strong suit. And my frequency of bathroom visits seems to increase after I go to bed. My bladder likes to feel most full when I’m just about to fall asleep. Prayers to you and David!

Isn’t that just so very annoying? You get all snuggled down, find that sweet spot, and then have to get up to go again. OY!
I’m sorry you fall, too. Ice is scary business. We don’t generally have that down here, though, thank goodness! Have you ever broken a bone due to falling on the ice? I hope not.
