Caturday Art

The following photo of The Soot Sprites was taken on my iPhone 5s and edited with Snapseed app.  The filters used will be listed under the photo.  This image was taken 24 November 2018.

#1 Glamor Glow, Frame, Text Filters

#2 Retrolux, Glamor Glow, Frame, Text Filters

Boba (female) is the one hanging upside down, with Drac (male) in the background. While she’s playing Upside Down Kitty, he’s guarding their little fuzzy yellow ball toy.

Which edit do you like the best, #1 or #2? Why?

And if you don’t like either, please tell me why not.  I want to improve my photography and editing and polite critiques go a long way in helping one to improve. Thank you!

Such a cute photo of the kitties!
I like the first one best, as it is brighter, and clearer. It really shows off the cats pretty eyes. ❤

  4. Hmm I like edit one! Its bright and just purrrfect! Lol Here’s some other great editing apps for photography, BeFunky Photo Design Editor, Pixlr Photo Editor. I’ve been using them for quite a long time now! And they work great!

    • Thanks, Ellen. 🙂 I thought they showed up better in that one. I love the look of the vintage filters, but sometimes they make it harder to see the kitties, as was the case with the Retrolux filter in the second one.
      Have a blessed weekend!

The first one is sharper and the color more accurate. Have a lovely day!
