Here are my responses:
A day without rain will be a good day for outdoor video making. But, that’s not happening here anytime soon, apparently.
The best time of day is the middle of the night. We are night owls here at McClendon Villa.
Public speaking is not my strong suit. As a matter of fact, even dressed as Xena Warrior Princess (and she was pretty strong!), I couldn’t do it!
It’s all fun and games until the litter box calls!
Have a blessed weekend, y’all!

I noticed you got representatives of all of our family in the image. Petra thinks she is a cat so she got represented. All the cats were represented. We owls were represented. I am relatively sure we have bats of all kinds here, too. I love you, my Zing!

I think the whole lot of us is at least a little batty. haha
I love you, too, my Zing. 🙂

Blessed weekend to you too Susanne. I was pondering about you just today, how are you doing dear?

Thank you. I’m okay, just still dealing with the aftermath of the dog attack. I keep having bad dreams. I know it will pass eventually. Thanks for asking. How are you doing? 🙂

Welcome.
Oh you were literally attacked by a dog or a demon in a form of a dog?
The devil is a liar, whenever I receive bad dreams which I barely do receive now than before, I rebuke the devil in the mighty Name of Jesus! And He flees. I’ll be praying for you. The battle is not ours, it belongs to God and He has already won it!!!
I’m okay, holding unto Jesus, trusting in Him amidst the storms.

Thanks, Tammy. I am praying for you and your community during these storms and pray all will be safe and fine.
Yes, it was literally a dog attack (although I wouldn’t be surprised if those dogs had demons in them!). It was 4 or 5 German Shepherd (1 of them) and German Shepherd mix (the rest of them) dogs, all over half my height. Yesterday was the three week mark and I still have bruises and some discomfort.
Thank you so much for the prayers. {{{Hugs}}} May Heavenly Father continue to bless you. 🙂

Most welcome! Thank you very much, we are experiencing some showers but nothing major but thank you so much for remembering the islands as I remember your country & the world!
Oh wow! That was an attack from the enemy, but God still always wins! I pray that ever pain & discomfort will be nullified in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ Amen you are healed!!
All glory goes to God, you’re most welcome!!! Love you dear! ❤ thanks!

You’re very welcome. I am glad that no major storm problems are happening there on your island. That is wonderful. Praise the Lord!
Thank you for the prayers. Love you, too, my sister in Christ. ❤ Have a blessed day.

I like the morning. 🙂
Great answers.

How much longer is your area supposed to be getting rain? I’m beginning to think we need to look up Noah again.
Mornings can be a beautiful, very peaceful time.
Thank you. Have a blessed weekend. 🙂

Thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I am with you on the public speaking. I am just no good at it. And goodness, aren’t you right about those litter boxes. Those can be a real doozy. I hope the sun comes out for you soon!
P.S. I love the Halloween image!

Thanks, on all counts. Oh yes, those litter boxes can be a real doozy. I had to change it earlier this evening and wanted to run and hide from what they had waiting for me. ICK haha
We’re enjoying the cooler weather that is hear with the rain. The dreariness, not so much. How’s your weather?
I’m glad you love the image. Pixabay has some great images and, like David said, it represents all of us here at McClendon Villa. I thought it was perfect. 🙂
Have a blessed weekend.

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. That is cool that you dressed as Xena, my hubby used to love that show. I hope you have a nice weekend. XO

Thank you. 🙂 Xena was tough. I can’t imagine anyone attacking her and making her cower in fear. I wish I could be more like that. Who was your/his favorite character on the show?
Thanks. I hope that you have a blessed weekend, too. 🙂

Hubby used to be the night owl and I the early riser. It worked out for both of us. Now it can’t seem to stay up all that late. Old age I’m guessing.
Have a fabulous day and weekend. ♥

Getting older does seem to mess around with things, doesn’t it? My body has gotten more adamant that it needs to be up at night, but the world has other plans many days.
Have a blessed weekend. 🙂

I too am not able to speak in public… Well, not all of us become politicians.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Can you imagine a world where everyone was a politician? That sounds mighty scary to me! I’m glad it isn’t that way. 🙂 Those that do public speaking need an audience, so I figure it works out great that some of us can’t deal with doing the speaking.
I hope you’ve had a great week and have a blessed weekend. 🙂

Our Female Human loves meowing to crowds. She speaks to big groups and loves it. We think that’s weird but she is a bit strange.

It takes all kinds, eh? haha I’m glad that your Female Human loves speaking to groups. If someone has to do it, it is great for it to be someone that loves it, rather than someone like me that would just hurl on everyone and everything around. 🙂
Have a blessed weekend.

Heeheehee! Until the litter box calls, that’s a good one. Yes, it’s no fun to have to stop for a call of nature, but such is life.

No, it isn’t fun, but something we all have to do. It would be nice if there were an on/off switch for times when we have something we’re rather be doing.
Have a blessed weekend. 🙂

I like the sound of the day beginning, the birds singing, the world coming to life after a quiet night. I love sunrises and sunsets.

I love the sound of the birds in the morning, too. I loved sitting out there watching the birds first thing. The thought of sitting in my bird watching spot terrifies me now, since those dogs attacked me. 😦
Sunrises and sunsets are wonderful displays of Heavenly Father’s Master Artistry. I love it!

Absolutely! I’m sorry you went through the dog attach. However, it’s important to not let them win and cause you to lose your ability of life. I’ll pray it’s resolved.

Well, I confess, I was glad to see that you are a night owl, too! Although I do refer to my “natural sleep cycle” as vampire, lol. It’s hard to be a night person in a day world. I really struggle with it, as my husband’s job is standard business hours and so I have to maintain some kind of morning lark schedule for him. Do you have similar struggles?
Blessings! ❤

Vampire works, too! Our oldest daughter loves bats and the night, too. 🙂
Yes, it is very hard being a night person in a day world. David has been retired for a long time now (since his early 30s), thanks to diabetic complications, so he is fine living a night owl/vampire life. We both prefer it that way. Having to be up in the day just totally wrecks our systems.
Our girls’ schedules are entirely different stories. I’m the only licensed driver here and we only have the one car, so I’m chauffeur for everything they need to do unless a friend comes to take them. So, sometimes there is conflict between day life and night life here. The compromise? I’m a walking zombie most of the time. 🙂
I’m sorry that you have to be a morning lark when you prefer being a vampire. But, I am very happy that your husband has a job to go to (so many don’t!). And glad that mine doesn’t. haha
Blessings to you, too, my friend. ❤

Somehow we manage, huh? lol As long as we can keep our zombie selves from nodding off at inopportune times, we should be good to go! 🙂 lol

That’s the truth! I remember on our way out here to Texas, I fell asleep while I was driving. I woke up in the on-coming lane. It is just good that nothing else was on-coming! We were very blessed to survive that trip.
Have a blessed day. 🙂

Yes, it was very scary. There was also a very steep embankment on that side of the road. It was dark, so it could have been hours, or even days, before anyone found us if I hadn’t woken up. I was very shaken afterwards.
Have a blessed night, Vanessa. 🙂 ❤
