The prompt for this week is: Frame.
So, I went in search of frames while photographing the birds in our yard. After they leave the feeders, they almost always land on this branch to crack open the sunflower seeds. The way this one landed had it naturally framed by the tree branch on which it perched.

What a pretty shot. Love the background texture.

Thank you, Patti. I love how this lens does the backgrounds. Especially when the birds are in the trees, it is very much reminiscent of the artwork I did as a child.
I was in middle elementary, probably 3rd or 4th grade, when we did a study of birds. We drew pictures of the birds that we studied and my birds were always in multi-branched trees, unlike the trees my classmates drew. My teacher was very encouraging and said that my trees were unique. 🙂
Have a blessed evening.
