A Woodpecker

I am having trouble identifying what I am pretty sure is a woodpecker.  Since the Downy Woodpecker and the Hairy Woodpecker look alike, only a size difference as far as I can tell (Hairy Woodpeckers are the bigger ones), I don’t know which one this is.  I am sure that it is a female version of whatever it is because it does not have the red stripe on the head like the males of both varieties.  Can any of you tell me which one this is?

I think it’s a Downy. There’s a bit of difference in beak/head ratio that helps with identification.
