It means no.
Don’t test the awesome.
Unless, of course, you like broken ribs.
Just sayin’.
Hey, dude, maybe next time you will listen to her!

LOL – my friends literally react that way, too. In fact, one took judo & we know for a fact that she can ‘throw’ a 400# male (we also think her husband is a brave as he is sweet).

Our baby girl works security. She’s all of 4′ 11″ tall. That 6’+ dude was no match for her. I bet he’s sorry now. Haha.
I’m glad your friend can hold her own, too. 😊

Thank you! I hope so, too. I also hope that she’ll never have to be in that kind of situation again.

I certainly hope that, too. I don’t know why more women don’t stand up for themselves.

I don’t know why they don’t, either. I had to do it myself tonight when a drunk neighbor got forward with me. It is enough to make me want to scream.
With our daughter, it was in her line of work. He was apparently fighting or trying to start something with another person and she told him to cease and desist, and he refused to listen to her. She told him no and he continued on. So, she did what her Papa would have done. She tackled him and he got broken ribs to help remind him how stupid he was being.
While it makes my mama heart skip a beat the things our kids get into, I know this one can handle pretty much anything that comes her way. She’s a tough cookie. I just wish that everyone would behave themselves!

I share your wish that people would behave themselves, but then I watch the news and despair. I also often wonder if some humans are capable of compromise and/or common-sence. And just how smart are people? Don’t they know how to research/think for themselves?!?

I know what you mean. Many folks are like lemmings, following others unquestioningly, not giving anything any real thought. It is a messed up world out there.
Have a blessed day. 🙂

Thanks, Sis! We appreciate the prayers for our baby girl’s safety.
She’s working a security job and some moments are a bit exciting…and sure don’t do our parental nerves any favors!
