Life’s Clock
My life’s clock is ticking faster.
There are things that I must master.
Appointments I must keep.
And you want me to sleep.
There won’t be time for this later.

And they seem to tick faster as we get older Suzanne. An excellent poem with a very poignant message. Have a blessed day 🙂

Thank you, Davy. Yes, they do tick faster the older we get and it seems at break-neck speed these days. The week has barely started before a new one is upon us already. It needs to slow down, but that isn’t the way it works in this race.
You have a blessed day, too. 🙂

It seems that way Suzanne. Maybe it is because as we get older we try to fit more things into the time we have available 🙂

Maybe so. And other people also try to fit more into our days, too. I’m just about a full-time chauffeur these days. 🙂

I’m sure trying to do that, but it keeps scootin’ away from me before I can grab it. 🙂
