Peaceful river flows
Through summertime merrily
Winding through the trees.

  4. Awesome! I did a poetry month challenge a couple of years ago, but I thought it was April. :)_____________________________________________Lisa Easterling♥ Living, loving, learning, teaching, doing all the things. ♥

    • Thanks, Sis.
There is evidently a poetry challenge still held in April. The page where I found this one mentioned it. I may see about trying to participate in the April challenge next year and use it as my A to Z theme. 🙂
Thanks for dropping by and commenting. Have a blessed weekend!

  5. From peaceful waters to winding through trees..makes me think that the mood of your poem changes from nostalgic to something less nice 😀

  8. I write poetry from time to time but it’s not something I share. I love to read it and write it but expose myself? Nope. 🙂 Glad you are sharing yours, though. I thought this one was lovely.

    • Thank you, Pam. I often have a problem with sharing my heart, too. I am totally lacking in self-confidence and don’t like the thought of being laughed at and a host of other things. But, I’m trying to do it anyway and hope for the best. If you ever decide to post some of your poetry, I would love to read it.

Thank you again and have a blessed weekend. 🙂
