I love trees, so when I read about On Dragonfly Wings with Buttercup Tea’s Sunday Trees – 247 challenge, I just had to participate. I learned about this wonderful tree photo opportunity over at Cee’s Photography. Cee has a lot of great photography challenges herself. How about checking out both blogs and joining in on the fun?

Thank you! It is my favorite time of year for trees also. I was very happy and lucky to be able to get this shot. This part of Texas doesn’t often give us this kind of color show. I was very lucky. We were here for 5 years before I saw a tree change colors and really haven’t seen it since. It was an every year thing back home in South Carolina. Thanks for the opportunity to share part of my tree collection. 🙂 Have a blessed day.

What part of TX? I am Central, and we don’t experience fall colors either. I usually have to travel to see.

We are in the Gulf Coast Region, Wharton County.
Have you ever seen the Blue Ridge Parkway in South Carolina in the fall? It has to be the most beautiful thing on earth at the time of the year. Heavenly Father breaks out the supreme palette for that one. 🙂

No I haven’t, but can imagine! I’ve been to parts of NC in the Parkway, and I spent 10 summers at camp near Asheville! I consider it my true heart’s home, and one day hope to live there!!!

Wouldn’t that be awesome, to live in Heaven on earth? I hope that you will get to live there some day, too. 🙂 Have a blessed day!
