    • Thanks, Linda. Aren’t chickens just so cute? She was a bit camera shy. I’m surprised I got this one. 🙂 Have a beautiful day!

        • Did you like having chickens?

One of my uncles used to have chickens and he gave our oldest son one years ago. From what I’ve been told, though I don’t remember it (even though I should!) we had chickens when I was a young teenager. I remember having hogs (Lenny and Squiggy), but I have absolutely no recollection of the chickens. I’ve seen pictures, so I know we had them. I just can’t remember them. Have a great day. 🙂

yes, we liked them…we loved having eggs—over abundance of eggs, smiles. I am hoping to get back to the farm life after school and a getting job–wherever we end up that is, smiles.

          • I think that sounds like a fun adventure. 🙂 I like the idea of having our own chickens and eggs, etc. But, I would be afraid to have chickens or any livestock here in this part of Texas. It is always feast or famine with the water.
