A to Z April Challenge: E is for Eggs

Do you like eggs? If so, do you cook them often? What is your favorite way to have them?

I like eggs in the following ways:

Boiled: This was the only way I would eat eggs when I was a little girl. And not just boiled. They had to be Easter eggs.

Scrambled: These are versatile and quick to make. We sometimes mix cheese and other things in with them.

Deviled: David absolutely LOVES deviled eggs. I like them, too, but he will eat as many as I make him, so I have to be careful how many I make him. If I make a dozen, he’ll happily eat a dozen. 🙂

Sunny-side Up: I like eggs like this with toast. I don’t have this type of egg very often.

This post would have had pictures, but the egg pictures that I was planning to use seem to have disappeared from my files. I don’t know where they have gone.

Please be sure to visit my other blog, PS Annie!
